The Bank of Jamaica says there were 45 more Automated Banking Machines (ABMs) installed by the end of November 2023.
The central bank's annual report says this was 5.5 per cent more than January to November 2022.
This brought the total number of ABMs in the country to 865.
The BOJ says there were 16.31 million transactions done at ABMs, representing a 9 per cent increase, or 1.36 per million more transactions than the previous year.
These transactions were valued at J$206.73 billion, up by 23 per cent, or 38.12 billion, relative to the comparable period in 2022.
