Derrimon Trading Company shares have been suspended from trading on the Jamaica Stock Exchange's Junior Market.
The Jamaica Stock Exchange says the suspension took effect in accordance with Junior Market rules governing the filing of audited financial statements.
According to the exchange, Derrimon Trading has failed to submit its audited financial statements for the 2025 financial period.
The statements were due in March to this year. However, the JSE says they became 92 days overdue on June 2, triggering the suspension.
Under Junior Market rules, trading in a company's shares may be suspended when audited financial statements remain outstanding beyond the prescribed deadline.
The suspension will remain in effect pending the submission of the company's audited financial statements.
