Jamaican investment company Eppley has acquired NorthWest Premium Financing, a finance company operating in Trinidad & Tobago and Grenada.
NorthWest Premium Financing provides financing for insurance premiums as well as other specialised loans.
Eppley's Chief Executive Officer, Raymond Donaldson, says the acquisition further expands the company's presence across the Caribbean.
He says Eppley will leverage its team, investment philosophy and business platform to build on the foundation established by NorthWest Premium Financing.
The acquisition forms part of Eppley's strategy to expand its regional operations and investment portfolio.
