Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) across Jamaica and the Caribbean are set to benefit from the Caribbean Export Development Agency (Caribbean Export) and European Union's Global Gateway initiative.
The Building Resilient Innovation for Digital and Green Enterprises (BRIDGE) programme will provide co-financing of up to 100,000 euros to help MSME's transition to more sustainable and digitally competitive business models.
Dr. Damie Sinanan, Executive Director at Caribbean Export, says MSME's will need to contribute at least of 40 per cent of the cost as the programme is structured as a co-investment in the future of their businesses.
