First Order Brands has acquired the assets of Convenient Brands, becoming the new master franchisee for Domino's Pizza in Jamaica.
The deal gives First Order control of Jamaica’s largest pizza chain, which has been operating in the country for more than 30 years and currently includes 18 stores and more than 200 employees.
The company is led by Chief Executive Officer Sean Scott, who brings significant experience in the quick service restaurant industry, having previously managed both the Domino's and Wendy's franchises in Jamaica during the period 2011 to 2018.
The board will be chaired by Nicholas Scott.
