Flow Jamaica recently reinforced its reputation as the country's leading provider of mobile and fixed connectivity in Jamaica by winning six Ookla speed test awards.
This was mainly due to its sustained investments in the modernisation of its network.
The company was recognised as Jamaica's fastest mobile network, best mobile gaming experience, best fixed line network, fastest fixed line network, best video experience, and the best fixed gaming experience.
The company stressed that this recognition from Ookla - the global leader in connectivity intelligence - comes as it continues to strengthen its infrastructure following the devastation caused by hurricanes Beryl and Melissa.
Stephen Price, Flow's general manager, stressed that the awards reflect a deliberate decision to build a stronger network rather than to simply restore the infrastructure that was damaged by the hurricanes.
He said the company made the decision to rebuild its network with greater resilience after the hurricane rather than just rebuild it.
He asserted that the awards represent a validation of this decision.
