Garth W. Williams
Garth W. Williams has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Passport Immigration and Citizenship Agency (PICA), effective May 26.
Mr. Williams brings two decades of experience across the public and private sectors to his new role.
The Ministry of National Security says he has a strong track record in operational strategy and institutional reform.
Mr. Williams joined PICA in 2008 as Deputy CEO of Operations and has been serving as acting CEO since May last year.
