Harry Campbell has been appointed the new chairman of EduFocal.
He takes over from insurance executive Peter Levy, who stepped down after 12 years.
Mr. Campbell's immediate task is to ensure EduFocal's long overdue 2024 audited financial statements are submitted by October 10.
The company remains suspended from trading on the Jamaica Stock Exchange until the filings are in.
