iCreate to sell further 10% equity interest in Visual Vibe

iCreate Limited is to sell a further ten percent equity interest in digital display advertising firm Visual Vibe.Com.

The company says the sale to strategic investment group led by Anthony Dunn, will result in a total divestment of forty percent of Visual Vibe.

The sale was finalised on February 21 this year.

iCreate previously sold 30 percent of its stake in Visual Vibe to Mr Dunn last year.

At the time of the announcement in December, iCreate said once all conditions of the deal are satisfied, Mr. Dunn will be appointed to the Board of Directors of Visual Vibe and will play a leading role in spearheading strategic plans.
