Image Plus Consultants has reported a strong turnaround in its second quarter performance, posting a profit before tax of $9.4 million for the three months ended August 31, 2025 - a sharp reversal from the $16.3 million loss recorded in the same quarter last year.
Revenues for the quarter increased by 5.4 per cent year over year to $259 million, up from $245.3 million, driven by higher patient volumes and growth in newer diagnostic services.
Profit before tax for the half-year ended August 31 increased to $23.1 million, up from $15.4 million in the prior year.
For the six months, revenues totalled $526.1 million, representing a slight 2.3 per cent decline from the prior year.
The company also reported a notable shift in its revenue composition; cases from the Ministry of Health's Enhancing Health Care Service Delivery (EHCSD) programme now account for only 5.1 per cent of total year-to-date revenues compared to nearly 40 per cent during the same period last year.
