Agriculture, Fisheries and Mining Minister Floyd Green says Jamaica's $574 million state-of-the art tilapia hatchery is 60 per cent complete.
He says the the hatchery marks a significant development in the country's aquaculture sector.
The project is being funded by the Jamaica Social Investment Fund and the World Bank.
