JSE suspends trading of EduFocal ordinary shares

The Jamaica Stock Exchange has suspended trading in the shares of EduFocal for failing to submit its 2024 audited financial statements.

According to the JSE, EduFocal statements were due in March 1, 2025, but are now 93 days overdue as of June 2.

This is not the first time the company has faced a suspension.
