Kintyre shareholders plan restructuring, possible NYSE listing

Majority shareholders of Kintyre Holdings Jamaica are planning a restructuring that could pave the way for a potential listing on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).

In a notice to the market, the company said shareholders controlling more than 51 per cent of voting rights intend to consolidate their holdings into a newly created United States-based parent company, Kintyre Holdings International Incorporated.

The new entity is expected to serve as an international holding company to support the next phase of the group's growth and strategic expansion.

Following the restructuring, Kintyre Holdings International may seek to position itself for a potential listing on the New York Stock Exchange under the United States Jumpstart Our Business Startups, or JOBS, Act.

The legislation allows emerging growth companies with under US$1 billion in annual revenue to access American capital markets with scaled regulatory requirements.

Kintyre says access to larger international capital markets could provide deeper pools of investment capital and greater liquidity to support expansion beyond the region.

The announcement comes as Kintyre reports strong financial growth.

For the year ended December 2025, revenue rose 25 per cent to $271 million, while net profit more than doubled to $157 million.
