The Papine-based Lumber Depot has reported a decline in net profits for the six-month period ending October 31.
The company earned $68.9 million on revenues of $772.5 million. That's down from about $80 million during the same period last year.
Administrative and other expenses rose to $104.7 million, while income from other sources totalled $3.5 million.
By comparison, during the same period in 2024, Lumber Depot earned $80.4 million, on similar revenues.
Expenses were lower, finance income was higher, and the company paid no taxes due to its Junior Market listing status.
