Margaritaville (Turks) reports 2nd quarter net profits of US$211,000 last year

The directors of Margaritaville (Turks) are reporting net profits of US$211,000 on revenues of US$1.65 million during the second quarter of last year, which ended on November 30.
 
The directors also say these revenues and profits were generated from the transportation of 242,768 passengers to the Grand Turk Cruise Centre on 66 vessels.
 
These numbers compared favourably with the net profits of US$161,000 recorded on revenues of $1.91 million from the transportation of 286, 171 passengers by 74 vessels during the same period of the previous year.
 
The directors have also reported that the company earned net profits of $784,000 on revenues of US$4.1 million during  the six-month period that ended on November 30 of year.
 
This compares favourably with the net profits of US$549,000 recorded on revenues of US$4.4 million during the same period the previous year.
