Medical Disposables and Supplies generated a net loss of $281.1 million or 77 cents per share on revenues of $3.9 billion during the year ended March 3, compared with a net loss of $316 million on revenues of $3.7 billion for the previous year.
This was mainly due to a jump in its administrative expenses to $510 million from $473 million during the previous year.
But this was countered by a fall in selling and promotion expenses to $357 million from $370 million last year.
