Chief Executive Officer of Cumax Wealth, Herbert Hall, says the tax incentive structure of the proposed Micro Stock Exchange must be similar to the Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) Junior Market if it is going to be successful.
He pointed out that the exchange will not be attractive to stock brokers without tax incentives to the companies planning to list.
The Micro Stock Exchange is expected to be launched next April.
