Paramount Trading Company says it is focusing on the training and upskilling of its workforce to meet the complex requirements of modern manufacturing processes.
According to the company's CEO, Hugh Graham, its manufacturing processes are all-encompassing and already include specialised products, which need a similar kind of expertise.
The company currently manufactures a range of products from food ingredients such as corn starch, baking soda and baking powder and bleach for industrial, sanitation, medical and hospitality sectors.
