The developers for The Pinnacle, a residential development in Montego Bay, St James say the project will be managed by an international hotel brand.
Construction of the $55 billion dollar luxury high-rise was officially launched last weekend and will incorporate a commercial center, four towers with each rising to 28 storeys delivering 447 units, 15 of which will be villas.
The deadline for completion is 2028.
The project is being spearheaded by LCH Developments.
Financing for the development is being finalised.
