Sagicor Group Jamaica is reporting net profit of $13.22 billion for the nine months ending September 30, 2025 — double the $6.61 billion posted for the same period last year.
The strong performance was driven by solid growth across all major business lines and a significant rebound in the Group's asset portfolio, which recorded higher realised and unrealised gains compared with 2024.
But even as the financial performance strengthens, Sagicor says it remains sharply focused on the widespread fallout from Hurricane Melissa, which has affected team members, clients, and the wider economy.
Group President & CEO Chris Zacca said teams have been actively working on the ground to provide support.
Mr. Zacca also highlighted the Group's financial performance, noting that disciplined execution, prudent risk management, and key strategic investments continue to strengthen the organisation.
