Seprod is seeking shareholder approval for a five-for-one stock split and authority to raise new equity as the company positions itself for further growth.
The Board has called an Extraordinary General Meeting for October 12 to consider three resolutions.
These include increasing Seprod's authorised share capital from 1 billion to 1.9 billion shares, splitting every existing share into five, and giving the Board authority to issue new shares, including through an Additional Public Offering (APO).
Seprod Chairman P.B. Scott says the resolutions would give the company greater flexibility to strengthen its balance sheet and pursue future growth opportunities.
Seprod reported $152.3 billion in revenue for 2025, up 14 per cent, with operating profit of $11.1 billion and net profit attributable to shareholders of $4.2 billion.
