SOS generates $83 million in pre-tax profits for Q1

 
Stationery and Office Supplies (SOS) celebrated its 60th anniversary by generating pre-tax profits of $83 million on record revenues of $537.5 million during the first quarter of this year, which ended March 31. 
 
Chief Executive Officer Allan McDaniel says the results indicate that the company is well on its way to generating $2 billion in revenues this year. 
 
He says the SEEK and Evolve manufacturing lines are the major drivers of the company's revenue growth.
