The JSE Index gained 5,531 points on Tuesday, while the Junior Market increased by two points.
Among the 53 winners were: Berger Paints Jamaica, Caribbean Cream, Eppley, Kingston Wharves and The LAB.
The 40 losers were led by: Eppley 7.5 per cent shares due 2024, JMMB Group 7 per cent Jamaican dollar CRP, JMMB Group 7.25 per cent VR CR preference shares, PBS 9.75 per cent and Caribbean Producers Jamaica.
Seventeen stocks closed the session selling at the same price they started trading.
