Trading resumes for Derrimon Trading Company shares

Trading has resumed in the shares of Derrimon Trading Company on the Jamaica Stock Exchange.

The JSE says it has lifted the suspension on the company's shares with immediate effect after Derrimon brought its financial reporting up to date.

According to the Exchange, on July 6 the company submitted its audited financial statements for 2025 along with its unaudited first quarter financial report for the period ended March 31, 2026.

The JSE says the decision to resume trading was made in keeping with its Junior Market rules which allow a suspension to be lifted once a listed company satisfies its outstanding financial reporting requirements.

Derrimon Trading shares are listed on the Junior Market of the Jamaica Stock Exchange.
