Tropical Battery is reporting improved financial performance for the first half of its 2026 financial year, reversing losses recorded a year earlier.
For the six months to March 31, the group posted net profit of $24.4 million, compared with a loss of $100.3 million in the same period last year. Revenue rose 3.1% year on year to $3.26 billion.
The group notes that results were supported by stronger performance across its energy storage and renewable energy segments, as well as gains linked to its acquisition of Rose batteries.
Looking ahead, management says it will focus on cost control, refinancing its debt, and expanding its international reach, including growth through its newly launched Amazon storefront.
