The opposition People's National Party [PNP] is warning that the $45 billion SPARK programme to repair the island's deteriorating road network, will not be enough to solve the problem.
PNP General Secretary Dr Dayton Campbell, speaking at a political rally on the weekend in the constituency of St. Andrew West Central, accused government of misleading the country about the effectiveness of SPARK.
The government has announced that repairs to the first set of roads under SPARK should be completed by April.
