The bail application for three of the five men charged in connection with last year's $12 billion cocaine bust in Havendale, St. Andrew, has been further postponed until June 25.
The application was scheduled for Friday.
However, the matter failed to get off the ground after presiding judge Justice Leighton Pusey indicated on Thursday that he was not in possession of the written bail applications he had suggested the attorneys submit two days ahead of Friday's hearing.
Justice Pusey, who is presiding in the Noel Maitland murder case, had told attorneys that he is unable to hear the applications.
Fifty-seven-year-old Clive Davis, 58-year-old Colin Ricketts and 42-year-old Clayton Peart were subsequently remanded.
Junior Haldane, 72, and Aubrey Sterling were offered bail last December.
