Five flights scheduled to arrive in the island with tourists and Jamaicans landed at the Sangster International Airport today following the reopening of Jamaica's borders.
The first flight arrived shortly before midday.
The 180 passengers on board the American Airlines flight were mostly Jamaicans returning from several destinations in the US.
Minister of Tourism Ed Bartlett yesterday told Radio Jamaica News that more than 600 visitors from the United States were expected to arrive today.
