The President of Brazil, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, is among the specially invited guests for the CARICOM summit that opens in Guyana on February 25.
Other stakeholders, including a representative from the Inter-American Development Bank, will also attend the three-day summit that will be chaired by Guyana's President, Dr. Irfaan Ali.
