CARICOM leaders ended their summit in Grenada yesterday, unable to sign off on the arrangements to facilitate the free and full movement of nationals.
The leaders had originally hoped to put the process in place by the end of March.
Speaking to reporters at the news conference marking the end of the 47th Regular Meeting of the Conference of Heads of Government, host Prime Minister Dickon Mitchell, who is also the CARICOM chairman, said the leaders will continue to work and engage on some of the outstanding issues.
He declined to state what the impediments were.
