A farmer died in a fire at his house at Windsor Road in St. Ann's Bay, St. Ann on the weekend.
He is 64-year-old Richard Lawrence, otherwise called 'Sadam'.
It's reported that sometime after 6 p.m., fire was seen coming from Mr. Lawrence's one bedroom house.
The fire brigade and police were called.
Upon their arrival, the house was engulfed in flames.
The charred remains of Mr. Lawrence were discovered during cooling down operations.
