Hotel employee charged for alleged sexual assault of tourist

Radio Jamaica News has been informed that charges have been laid against the St. Ann-based hotel employee who was arrested on Tuesday for the alleged sexual assault a visitor to the island.
 
The 28-year-old waiter, of a Runaway Bay address, is expected to appear in court to answer the charges.
 
The hotel employee was taken into custody by the St. Ann police following allegations that he assaulted the female visitor in a bathroom on the property.
 
The incident was reported to the management of the hotel which summoned the police.
