Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has criticised the US proposal for a new nuclear agreement, reiterating that it will not stop enriching uranium.
Iranian negotiators are said to respond in the coming days to what the White House called a detailed and accepted plan presented at talks last Saturday.
US reports that it proposes that Iran halt all production of enriched uranium, which can be used to make reactive fuel but also nuclear weapons.
