A 34-year-old man was killed and another injured in a car
crash at Trafalgar Road,
Kingston 10 on Monday
morning.
Dead is Kevin Beckford of Johnson Avenue, Kingston 2 while injured is 24-year-old Ricardo Dawson of Rollington Town, Kingston 2.
It is reported that shortly before 1 o'clock Mr. Dawson was driving a Toyota Mark 2 motor car along Trafalgar Road with Mr. Beckford aboard heading to Lady Musgrave Road.
Mr. Dawson reportedly lost control of the vehicle which careened into the dual carriage way and crashed into a concrete utility pole.
Both men sustained multiple injuries and were taken to the University Hospital of the West Indies where Mr. Beckford was pronounced dead and Mr. Dawson admitted in serious condition.
