Midwives are still out sick as they continue to press the government on issues they say need urgent attention.
Midwives have been off the job since Monday to protest staff shortages as well as issues relating to the public sector compensation review.
The Midwives Association is adamant that the industrial action will continue until the government responds to the issues affecting its members.
