A Russian drone has struck the headquarters of Ukraine's security service in central Kyiv, injuring 12 people.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says the building was deliberately targeted and has ordered a strong response.
The attack comes as diplomatic efforts involving Ukrainian and US officials are underway to find a way to end the war.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha described the strike as a "major escalation".
