The Constant Spring police have taken a woman and her brother into custody in connection with the death of a woman and her two children in Tower Hill, St. Andrew.
The police say the siblings are expected to be charged soon.
According to investigators, the female suspect has a child with the spouse of 29 year-old Kashief Jackson, the woman who was killed.
Ms. Jackson and her children, one year-old Aviere Williams and seven day-old Aranza Williams, were found dead at their one-bedroom house last Wednesday.
Ms Jackson's body had chop wounds and the room was set ablaze.
A post mortem is to be conducted this week to determine how the children died.
