A man died after being electrocuted while installing a solar system at Excitement Plaza in Santa Cruz, St. Elizabeth on Monday evening.
The deceased has been identified as 54-year-old Steve White, a businessman and electrician of Pandorosa, Old Porus in Manchester.
The incident occurred about 7:30 p.m. when the man reportedly became entangled with live electrical wires during the installation process. He was severely injured.
He was rushed to Mandeville Regional Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
