Taxi operator implicated in murder of teacher and her daughter found dead in Clarendon

 
The taxi operator who was named as a person of interest in the murder of a St. Catherine teacher and her teen daughter is believed to have taken his own life in Tweedside, Clarendon on Friday afternoon. 
 
Preliminary reports are that about 1:30 p.m., Brandon Maine was found dead in a yard in the community. 
 
The bodies of educator 29-year-old Tara Pinnock and her 14-year-old daughter, Talia Wright, were discovered at their house in Mount View, St. Jago Heights in St. Catherine on Thursday.
 
The two were found with stab wounds and their throats slashed. 
 
The police had named Mr. Maine as a person of interest and urged him to turn himself in to assist in the investigation.
