A teenager in St. Mary was the victim of a gun attack in Crooked River, Annotto Bay on Tuesday night.
He has been identified as 17-year-old Raheem Smith, also called 'Murder', of the same community.
According to the police report, about 10:20, Raheem was among a group of young men playing dominoes at a shop when two many approached and requested a phone call which was not honoured.
The men pulled out guns and opened fire hitting the teenager in the upper body.
The gunmen escaped in a waiting vehicle.
Raheem was taken to hospital and pronounced dead.
The St. Mary police are asking the public to assist the investigation by calling 876-333-9530 or 876-994-4223, Crime Stop at 311 or the nearest police station.
