The Manchester police are investigating a double murder which occurred along Manchester Road in Mandeville on Monday.
The bodies of two men, with bullet wounds, were found in front of a bar near the main road.
The victims have been identified as 40-year-old truck driver Nicholas Tomlinson and 32-year-old labourer Chester Smith, both of May Day in the parish.
It's reported that about 8:40 p.m., residents of Manchester Road heard explosions, which they initially believed were caused by firecrackers.
Shortly after, the bodies of the two men were seen on the roadway.
The police say the victims were in the bar when they were attacked by two men who shot them multiple times.
This double murder follows another killing in Brokenhurst, Southern Manchester on Sunday.
The deceased was identified as 41-year-old Everol Richards, a maintenance worker of a Villa Road address in Mandeville.
