At least seven people were hospitalised following a shooting at a crowded football match in the Cayman Islands late on Sunday.
The shooting, which police believe could be gang-related, occurred lin West Bay, situated in the north-west point of Grand Cayman Island.
A $250,000 reward has been offered to help catch a suspected gunman.
Officials described the shooting as unprecedented in Cayman.
Governor Jane Owen, who has responsibility for security in Cayman, said the mass shooting was a "tragedy" and everyone needed to come together to prevent a repeat.
Joining her on the podium at an emergency press conference on Monday, Premier Juliana O'Connor-Connolly said Cabinet had swiftly allocated funds toward the reward for information leading to the arrest of the shooter.
