The Royal Bahamas Defence Force says it will create a blockade in southern Bahamas amid reports that a significant number of inmates had escaped from two prisons in Haiti last weekend.
Commodore Dr Raymond King says they intend to do so in tandem with regional partners, OPBAT, the United States Coast Guard and the Cuban Boarder Patrol through information and intelligence sharing.
