"Callaloo" Henry victorious at Gulfstream Park

Former Jamaican champion jockey Wesley "Callaloo" Henry was in the winner's enclosure at Gulfstream Park in Florida on Thurdsay. Henry made most of the running astride the 4-1 four year old gelding Broderick in the 2nd event on the 9 race card.

The race was a claiming contest for 4 year old and up, going 1 mile on the dirt for a purse of $24,500. It was Henry’s second win of the season.
