Top seed and defending boys national champions Campion College demolished Ardenne High 7-0 in their encounter at the Liguanea Club.
Despite their top player Jonathan Goldson going down 2-6, 1-6 to Oshane Trail, second seed and 2009 runners up Wolmer's, advance to the last four after defeating Ocho Rios 6-1.
Hillel, brushing aside Munro College 7-0 to book a semi final spot, while Jamaica College got the better of Heinz Simonitsch 5-2 to take the final qualifying spot.
Defending girls champions Immaculate eliminated Ocho Rios 5- 1 to cement their place in the final four at the Eric Bell Centre.
Wolmer's who ended second last year ran by Campion College 7- 0.
Hillel are also into the last four after edging St. Andrew High while the fourth semifinal spot went Mobay High, who got by Hampton school.
All semi finals will take place on Friday at the Eric Bell Tennis Centre.
