GC Foster College signs contract with Regupol Germany to refurbish old track

Radio Jamaica Sports can report that the contract has now been signed with German track manufacturer Regupol to carry out renovation work on the 12-year-old track at GC Foster College in Angels, St Catherine.

The completed track is expected to be ready for competition by February. Principal of GC Foster College Maurice Wilson declined to comment on the development when contacted.

However, Radio Jamaica Sports sources with knowledge of the plans indicate that the funding, which amounts to approximately 430,000 euros or JM $80 million, is being provided by GC Foster College.
