Sunshine Girls having preparation glitches ahead of England series

Voice of Sunshine Girls head coach Sasher-Gaye Henry

Head coach of the Sunshine Girls Sasher-Gaye Henry says preparation ahead of the England series has not been without its glitches, as several senior players joined the programme late due to club commitments.

The growth of Jamaica's netball in the last decade has been immense with several players from the senior team now playing in Australia and England.

Meanwhile, for goal shooter Jhaniele Fowler-Nembhard who will once again lead the team as captain, familiarity allow players to adapt quickly.

The Sunshine Girls will face England in the first of four games at the AO Arena on November 16 and 17 before the return games in Jamaica on November 25 and 26.
