Radio Jamaica Sports has been informed that reigning world Under-20 champion Tina Clayton and long jump silver medallist Jaydon Hibbert will headline Jamaica's squad for this summer's World Under-20 Championships in Cali, Colombia.
The girls team is also understood to include Tia Clayton, Serena Cole, Kerrica Hill and Cedrica Williams, while the boys team will also have National Junior Trials double sprint champion Sandrey Davison, Bouwahigie Nkrumie, J’Voughnn Blake and Jahvel Granville.
Briana Lyston and Brian Level who missed the National Junior Trials and were granted medical exemptions, will also be named in the team. The World Under-20 Championships will be held in Cali, Colombia from August 1-6.
