Industry Minister Senator Aubyn Hill
The Business Process Outsourcing Sector has seen a 42 per cent increase in employment since the pandemic.
Industry Minister Aubyn Hill says the sector now employs more than 60,000 people, up from 43,000 at the end of 2019.
He says there are 85 BPO operators in the country - 12 more or a 30 per cent increase over 2019.
The minister says the country is also seeing an increase in Knowledge Process Outsourcing firms.
