Norman Peart resigns from Board of Directors at KLE Group

Norman Peart resigned from the board of KLE Group and the Audit Committee effective November 14.

 KLE said Mr. Peart's resignation from the Audit Committee was not related to any disagreement with respect to accounting principles, financial statement disclosure, or any other material issue impacting the Audit Committee or its functions.
